Driven by speed through engineering
Owner Tom, has been involved in motorcycles and racing from a young age. Racing competitively from the age of 7. Starting with motocross, he retired from racing 20 years later having achieved a British Supermoto Championship.
Alongside racing, Tom started his working career in engineering workshops in school holidays. Always having an interest in how things work, and how to make them better, this, combined with his love of motorcycles and racing, lead him to an apprenticeship in motorcycle repair starting 14 years ago.
Once Tom completed his apprenticeship he found himself hungry to continue to learn and drive forward. An opportunity made itself available to work within a stock 1000 BSB team. From this, Tom never left the paddock, working in multiple teams and finally finding that optimising the performance of a motorcycle from the suspension and engine mapping is where his passion lies.
Fast forward to present day, Tom works hand-in-hand with the Bitubo factory as an official Bitubo Factory Technician working in OMG racing team with rider Ryan Vickers.
